| 摘 要： | 为满足产品模块化配置的需求,应用基于参数映射的模块划分方法,对并纱机产品进行了模块划分,引入层次化接口矩阵,描述了并纱机模块的接口关系.提出了面向对象的产品数据模型,并研究了它的实现机制,给出了并纱机面向对象产品数据建模方案.提出了基于产品数据管理的产品配置流程和系统框架,并以SmarTeam作为产品数据管理集成平台,阐述了并纱机模块化配置系统的具体过程,给出了FA716A型并纱机配置实例.实例表明,该配置系统实现了并纱机产品的模块化快速配置,确保了与其他计算机集成制造系统分系统的无缝集成.
