斜入射F-P型薄膜滤光片调谐特性分析

摘    要:薄膜滤光片在垂直入射情况下,其S偏振和P偏振的透射特性是一致的;而在斜入射情况下,其中心波长向短波长方向移动。本文首先讲述了薄膜滤光片的背景知识及矩阵光学的理论基础;而后,从薄膜滤光片膜系的设计开始,针对所设计的36层膜系结构,通过建立光学特征矩阵、利用计算机编程来模拟分析斜入射薄膜滤光片,仿真图形结果清楚地看出了对中心波长的调谐作用。

Abstract:The transmission characteristics of thin-film filters in S-polarization and P-polarization directions are identical with uprightness incidence.But there are some changes when the filters are used in tilted incidence.Its central wavelength will shift to the short wavelength direction.This paper gives us some background knowledge and matrix-optics theoretical groundwork of thin-film filters at first.Then,through established optical character-matrix functions,simulation calculations of several characteristics of thin-film filters used in tilted incidence are carried out using computers'method aim at 36 layers films structure designed.The simulation figures show us clealy the angle-tuned effect to central wavelength.
