Development of Bamboo Fiber Household Textiles

To develop bamboo fiber household textiles, processing parameters of each process were optimized. Control strength index and thin place index are the important points in spinning process, the measures are to reduce ma- chine difference, spindle difference, and guarantee stability and evenness of yarn strength. Optimizing size formula to enhance sizing quality in weaving preparation, configuring warp line and weft insertion processing in weaving to guaran- tee good quality and high output. Through these measure, the spinning and weaving were guaranteed.
