| Abstract: | The mass production process of NdFeB magnets with energy≤MGOe and jHc≥ kOe is based on the following technological advancement: (1) effectively controlling oxygen content to less than 2000 ppm. (2) advancement of the melting technology of NdFeB alloy. (3) obtaining of a finer microstructure of the magnet. (4) finding of a new route to enhance the jHc of NdFeB magnets. |
