| 摘 要： | 某电厂2×300MW机组的磨煤机在调整试运过程中频繁出现跳闸、振动、漏粉、堵煤和加载力不足的现象.通过分析研究,提出了解决方案并进行了适当处理.建议不定期检查磨煤机内部磨辊的磨损和煤粉细度情况,适当调整加载力和折向挡板开度,以满足磨煤机的运行要求,为电厂的长期稳定运行提供技术保障.

| Abstract: | Problems occurred frequently in the commissioning process of medium speed coal pulverizers installed for 2x300MW unit in a power plant, such as trip, vibration, leakage of pulverized coal, coal blockage, and insufficient loading force. The treatment methods have been proposed and properly solved through analysis and research. It is recommended to check the wear of grinding roll inside the coal pulverizer and the fineness of pulverized coal regularly and to make appropriate adjustments to the loading force and baffle opening so as to meet the operational requirements of the coal pulverizer and to provide guarantees for a Iong-term, stable operation of the power plant. |
