上充泵叶轮原型件的制造与评定

摘    要:根据叶轮结构与钢的铸造特性,确定了上充泵首级叶轮的铸造工艺.按该工艺铸造的首级叶轮,可避免轮毂部位的缩松及叶片处的夹砂等缺陷.为验证叶轮在射线检验盲区内的铸造质量,对叶轮进行了破坏性试验,并进行了100%体积的缺陷检查.射线检验的结果表明,叶轮的铸造质量良好,达到原型件的验收要求.首级叶轮原型件的质量评定,严格按照核电的有关标准执行,为核电原型件的制造与评定提供了参考及例证.

Abstract:According to the structure of the impeller and the character of metal material, the casting process for the first stage impeller of charging pump was determined. The first stage impeller founded by the above method had no shrinks on hub and no sand or slag on the vane. Destructive test was carried out on the first stage impeller to test the casting quality in the blind area of radiographic examination, and all the volume of the impeller has been tested by radiographic examination. The result of radiographic examination proved the high quality of first stage impeller casting, and the acceptance requirements was met. The assessment of this first stage impeller prototype parts were performed strictly in accordance with relevant nuclear standards. It provides good reference for the assessment of prototype parts in nuclear power plant.
