摘    要:某3号锅炉再热器减温水的用量大,且波动幅度较大.通过对机组日负荷率、日减温水总量、高负荷时段的长短及煤质参数的分析对比,从运行和设备特性分析了减温水用量变化的原因.3号锅炉的烟气量大、水冷壁结垢严重造成了减温水用量剧增,而日负荷率、高负荷时段的长短及煤种变化是减温水用量大幅波动的主要原因.针对各种因素制定了改进措施,调整运行状态后,减温水总量有所下降,机组经济性得到提高.

Abstract:The consumption of desuperheating water in a No. 3 reheater of a boiler is higher and fluctuating. Through analysis and comparison of daily load rate, daily desuperheating water amount, high load period and coal quality parameters, we get the cause of the consumption of desuperheating water. Large amount of fuel gas and serious scaling of water wall causes the higher consumption of desuperheating water. Daily load rate, daily desuperheating water amount, high load period and coal quality parameter are the key factor. We make up the improvement to lower the consumption and improve unit performance.
