摘    要:采用Fenton试剂法预处理丁苯橡胶废水,通过正交实验考察了影响处理效果的主要因素。结果表明,双氧水用量是主要影响因素。在反应温度为45℃,反应时间为60 min,pH值为3~7,FeSO4·7 H2O用量为3.3 mmol,双氧水用量为4.0 mL,总离子摩尔浓度不变的条件下,Cu2+,BO3-3,Mn2+均能与Fe2+发生络合反应,达到较好的协同催化作用,化学需氧量(COD)出水效果得到提高;以Fe2+/Cu2+(摩尔比,下同)为1∶1或Fe2+/Cu2+/Mn2+为2∶2∶1复配,与单独使用Fe2+相比,COD去除率分别提高了13,17个百分点。

Abstract:Styrene - butadiene rubber (SBR) wastewater was pretreated by Fenton reagent,and in- fluence factors were investigated by orthogonal ex- periment. The results showed that hydrogen peroxide amount was the main factor which affected pretreatment efficiency. Each of Cu^2+, BO3^3- and Mn^2+ could complex Fe2. to degrade non biodegradable organics and improve the removal rate of chemical oxygen demand (COD) under the condition of reac- tion temperature 45 ℃, reaction time 60 rain, pH value 3 - 7,1%SO4 ·7 H2O 3. 3 mmol, hydrogen peroxide 4.0 mL and invariable total ion concentra- tion. At Fe^2+/Cu^2+ (mole ratio)1 : 1 or Fe^2+/ Cu^2+/Mn^2+ ( mole ratio) 2 : 2 : 1, COD removal rate increased by 13,17 percent points compared with used Fe^2+.
