| 摘 要： | 为满足全国辐射环境的监督性管理和核应急需要,根据国内已运行及在建核设施(包括核电厂、研究堆、核燃料循环设施、暂存库等)相关监测数据、1983-1990年间国家环保部组织收集的全国环境天然放射性本底调查数据及IAEA、NRC、ICRP的辐射相关参数数据为主要数据源,该文采用目前成熟的SSH框架+AJAX技术与IBM DB2关系型数据库开发了全国辐射环境监测数据库系统,并利用ESRI公司开发的地理信息系统软件,实现了针对上述数据的综合地图展示功能模块,提供对实时监测数据的动态展示。系统由于框架技术的运用,具备了灵活性,可维护性、可扩展性、可移植性和组件的可复用性等优点,该数据库的建立为核反恐应急决策支持系统提供了数据支持。
