| 摘 要： | 信息化管理人才是制约基于体系作战信息管理能力建设的瓶颈.培养一批具有较高信息管理能力的人才队伍,是当前军队基于体系作战信息管理能力建设亟待解决的重要问题.该文从信息化管理人才的培养理念、培养规划、培养体系和培养途径等方面,探讨了基于体系作战信息化管理人才培养的措施.
