| 摘 要： | 变电站智能视频系统接收自动化系统的报警事项,自动调用与该事项关联的视频,对处理变电站运行故障提供可视化的辅助,并能对各种自动化系统的运行工况进行集中监视,对电力系统出现的运行异常情况:如设备故障、程序异常、通讯中断、数据异常等自动产生告警,通过GSM短信、电话语音、音响等多种告警方式通知相应的值班人员,配合在监视界面上弹出对各种异常情况的处理预案,让运维人员及时应对处理,保证自动化系统的可靠运行。
