| 摘 要： | 论文根据我国应急平台发展的形势,详细分析了图像接入系统的工作原理,并从省级应急平台应用的角度全面研究了各种图像的接八方式,提出了图像接入系统与移动应急指挥系统现场采集图像的接入方式,与视频会议系统融合的解决方案,改变了传统的视频会议与图像接入的单一性应用,提高了应急处置的效率.
