| 摘 要： | 对某工程14#、16#楼使用后墙体发生开裂现象进行了详细的检测和分析,说明事故产生的主要原因为地基基础不均匀沉降.并针对该原因及场地情况,采用单管旋喷和静压注浆综合法对软土层地基进行了加固处理.经观测,加固后的效果良好.

| Abstract: | In this paper, wall crack phenomenon of some buildings after utilization (14#, 16# dwelling building) was closely inspected and analyzed. The conclusion was drawn that the cause was the uneven settlement of groundwork and foundation. According to the cause and the situation of the ground, single- tube rotating grouting pile and static pressure grouting combination method were adopted to strengthen the soft groundwork. Reinforced effect was conspicuous. |
