| 摘 要： | 安全事故发生后,为了最低限度减少人员伤亡、物资财产损失,GIS应急救援信息系统是有效的方法之一.文章对以SVG为基础构建应急救援Web GIS进行了深入分析,介绍了SVG的一些关键实现方法.针对该专题,对基于SVG的Web GIS架构进行了剖析与优化设计,最后给出了一个重大危险源实时视频监控及应急救援指挥信息系统的实例框架.

| Abstract: | In order to decrease injury and death,material and property loss after industrial accidents,GIS emergent rescue information system is one of the effective methods.This paper analyzes this system which bases on SVG,and introduces some SVG's methods.Aim at this subject,writer analyse WebGIG's frame.At last,a sample frame which contains real time video monitor and emergent rescue information system is introduced. |
