摘    要:采用XLY—2型毛细管流变仪研究了新型加工助剂WB16对顺丁橡胶(BR)和氯丁橡胶(CR)流变性能的影响。结果表明:WB16均能降低两种混炼胶的表观粘度,改善流动性,并可提高混炼胶的粘度对温度的敏感性,但WB16的加入,未能改变两种合成胶产生不稳定流动的临界剪切应力值。

Abstract:The effects of WB16 on the rheological properties of BR and CR compounds were studied by a XLY-2 capillary rheometer.It was avowed that WB16 reduced the apparent viscosity of compounds,improved flowability and increased sensibility of viscosity to temperature. But WB16 did not change the critical tear stress under on unstable flow condition.
