摘    要:实验研究探讨了一种使用线框电极的电火花套料加工的新工艺.根据正交试验方法来分析精加工时加工参数对加工速度、电极损耗和加工表面粗糙度的影响,以确定套料精加工时最佳的电规准参数.依据直孔套料加工参数在模具材料中加工出了圆弧弯曲孔.

Abstract:A new process on EDM is investigated in this experiment, in which a copper frame electrode is used. An orthogonal test method was used to analyse the effect of process parameters on the material removal rate (MRR), the electrode wear and surface roughness of copper frame electrode in finishing process. The optimum process parameters by copper frame electrode machining were found out according to detailed experimental data analysis. Based on the one-dimensional process, the arc bending holes were machined on the mold material at last.
