芦苇的生物化学制浆及漂白研究

摘    要:利用白腐菌Cyathus stercoreus,Panus conchatus G033-5a,Pleurotus florida固体发酵预处理芦苇,并且采用烧碱-蒽醌法制备化学浆。结果表明:经过Panus conchatus G033-5a和Pleurotus florida固体发酵预处理后制备的烧碱-蒽醌浆的卡伯值分别下降约11%和24%,白度分别提高约10%和33%,粘度分别提高约8%和5%,蒸煮用NaOH消耗量减少,得率分别提高约6%和30%,而用Cyathus stercoreus处理后的芦苇所制烧碱-蒽醌浆的白度和粘度要低于未经发酵处理的对比浆的白度和粘度,卡伯值高于对比浆,且浆得率降低,NaOH消耗量增大。这个结果表明Pleurotus florida和Panus conchatus G033-5a对芦苇木素有良好的选择性降解能力。

Abstract:The soda-AQ pulps made from the reed which was pretreated by wh ite-rot-fungi were studied The results showed that comparing with the convent ional Soda-AQ pulp,kappa number pf the pulps decreased 11% and 24%,the bright ness increased 10% and 33%,and the viscosity increased 8% and 5% respectively b y Pleurotus florida and Panus conchatus G033-5a pretrea tment,and the alkali co nsumptions were decreased,and pulp yields were increased by 6% and 30% respecti vely On the other hand,the negative results were found for the pretreatment of Cyathus stercoreus It indicated that white-rot-fungi Pleur otus florida and P anus conchatus G033-5a degrade lignin with high selectivity, Cyathus stercoreus is preferential to degrade celluslose and not good for biopulpi ng
