熟料率值及矿物组成不同的水泥对高效减水剂吸附性能的研究

摘    要:研究了不同率值、不同矿物组成的熟料制成的硅酸盐水泥对氨基磺酸盐高效减水剂的吸附性能。研究表明,基于本文所设计的试验,熟料三率值中KH对高效减水剂吸附量的影响最大,KH=0.88的水泥对高效减水剂的吸附量小,KH=0.94的水泥对高效减水剂的吸附量大。在KH相同的情况下,C_3A含量高的水泥对高效减水剂的吸附量大。

Abstract:The adsorbability of Portland cement that was prepared by the clinker with different modulus and mineral composition for sulphamate superplasticizer was studied. The results showed that KH was a most important factor in three modulus of clinker to influence the adsorption quantity of superplasticizer, the adsorption quantity was low when KH=0.88 and high when KH=0.94. With the same KH, the cement with high content of C_3A had a high adsorption. quantity.
