十三陵蓄能电厂GIS设备的安装与调试

十三陵蓄能电厂220kV开关站设备为瑞士ABB公司生产的ELK14型SF6气体绝缘开关组合装置（GIS）。根据GIS设备的技术参数、结构特点和安装工艺要求，在安装和调试过程中，采取了一些有效的措施，如：采用将部件组装成间隔的运输方式；改变原有GIS间隔基础的固定方式；严格控制变压器与GIS对接的误差；安装中注意保证工作面环境清洁；严防高压套管受潮等，取得了良好的效果，高质、高效地完成了安装调试工作。

Installation and debugging of GIS equipment for the Shisanling Pumped-storage Power Plant

The equipment for the 220 kV switch station of Shisanling Pumped storage Power Plant is an ELK14 SF 6 GIS made by ABB Company in Switzerland. In accordance with the technical parameters, structural characteristics and installation requirements of GIS, some effective measures have been taken in the installation and debugging, such as using the transportation way of assembling the parts with partition; changing the fixing way of original GIS partition base; controlling strictly the butt errors of transformer and GIS; ensuring the environment clearance of working surface during installation; and protecting strictly the high pressure casing pipe from getting damp. With these measures, good effectiveness has been gained and the work of installation and debugging has been completed with high quality and efficiency.
