苯酐用热熔冷凝箱冷热介质改进

摘    要:苯酐生产用热熔冷凝箱用于捕集氧化后生成的苯酐气体,原来采用的冷热介质都为导热油,导热油长期高温使用易老化,还需要配套导热油泵、贮油槽等设施。改用循环水和苯酐生产自产蒸汽做冷热介质代替导热油后,节约了导热油和能耗,提高了热效率,降低了生产成本,减少了对大气的污染,同时解决了热熔冷凝箱试生产过程中出现的气锤问题。

Abstract:The melting and condensing trunk is used to catch the phthalic anhydride gas made by oxidation reaction.The heating and cooling mediums used by melting and condensing trunk were all heat-transfer oil formerly.Heat-transfer oil was aging easily to be used at high temperature for long time.Using heat-transfer oil needs some facilities such as a heat-transfer oil pump and a trunk.We saved the heat-transfer oil and energy consumption and raised the thermal efficiency and decreased the cost of product and reduced the pollution to the air after using circulating water and steam to take place of heat-transfer oil.We also settled the drop hammer of the melting and condensing trunk in the preproduction process.
