| 摘 要： | 提出对城市生活垃圾治理系统实施规划管理,是实现垃圾治理”减量化、资源化、无害化”目标,推进城市经济可持续发展的根本方法。系统地分析了“基于GIS的城市生活垃圾规划管理智能决策系统”的总体架构,确定了应用系统的组成及各部分功能。

| Abstract: | Planning and Management on MSWmanagement system which is a fundamental way of realizing the target of "reduction,reutiliza-tion and hazard-free" of MSW management and advancing sustainable development of city economy was proposed in this paper,with ang-licizing the general framework of Intelligent Decision System for Municipal Solid Waste Planning and Management Based on GIS in a syste-matic way,determining composition and function design of the applying system. |
