半主动悬架及其控制系统的时滞控制研究

摘    要:在建立具有时滞的半主动悬架数学模型的基础上,提出了含时滞的半主动悬架临界时滞求取的理论分析及计算方法,得出了临界时滞与基值阻尼、可控阻尼之间的关系,为半主动悬架及其控制系统时滞控制提供依据.在数值仿真的基础上,开发了以C8051F005单片机为主控件的含时滞半主动悬架模糊控制系统,并进行了台架试验.结果表明,设计的含时滞半主动悬架控制器很好地解决了半主动悬架控制中的"不合拍"现象,为半主动悬架的实际应用奠定了基础.

Abstract:According to the mathematic model of semi-active suspension with time-delay,theoretical analysis and calculational methods of the critical time-delay of a semi-active suspension with time-delay were discussed.The relationship among critical time delay,basal damp and tunable damp was given,which is the foundation for time delay control.According to simulation,the control system of semi-active suspension were designed whose main parts was C8051F005 SCM.Then the bench test of 1/4 model of semi-active suspension system was done.The semi-active suspension with time delay is excel to the passive suspension.The calculation is the basal same as the test.It is foundation for the semi-active suspension popularization and applications.
