| Abstract: | Higher education enterprise is developing at a high speed in our country,which brings forward humanity character demand to educational administration personnel in the university.Analyzing the demand,the article tables a proposal that measure should be taken to cultivate humanity character of educational administration personnel in the university,so as to promote the(development)of higher education enterprise in our country. |
