磷铵管式反应器气液传质的研究

摘    要:本研究为磷铵管式反应器冷模试验的一部分.笔者通过在实验室对磷铵管式反应器传质特性的研究,提出在反应吕内增加缩口,使气液进行二次混合以强化气液传质的方法;同时发现,管式反应器采用垂直安装型式其传质效果优于水平安装.对于CO_2—水体系,约增大2~3倍,而且随着管径的增大,这种差异更加明显.因而推荐工业过程中采用垂直或倾斜安装.气体分布器的型式对传质也有很大影响,实验可见,双侧开孔式要比单孔喷嘴式好.

Abstract:The study is one part of the model tests for ammonium phosphate pipe-line reactor. It is recommended that intermal nuzzle would be used to remixing gas-liquid in order to increase mass transfer, and it is found that mass transfer result in vertical model is better than that of horizontal, to the CO_2-H_2O system, is increased about three times. So it is recommended vertical or inclined model be used in pilot plant. The gas sparger has more influence on mass transfer, based on the testing resula, it is found that gas sparger with holes in symmetrical side face is better than that of one nuzzle hole's sparger.
