热装微合金化中厚板表面裂纹的研究现状

摘    要:介绍了国内外热装微合金化中厚板产生表面裂纹状况,归纳了热轧中厚板出现各种表面裂纹的原因,如铸坯原始纵裂纹延续性、残余有害元素、热装温度、微合金化元素形成碳氮化物析出行为及轧制压下量等。讨论了国内外学者对热轧中厚板表面裂纹的研究成果,分析目前研究中存在的不足之处,并进一步提出未来研究的重点与方向。

Abstract:The research status of surface crack in microalloy steel medium and heavy plate domestic and overseas is introduced.A variety of reasons are summarized and analyzed,the influence of original slab cracks,residual harmful elements,hot charging temperature,carbonitride precipitation behavior resulting from microalloy elements,rolling reduction summed up.The problems existing in microalloy steel medium and heavy plate was analyzed and put forward the orientation of the research in the future.
