低碳低硅高铝钢熔炼过程成分变化研究

摘    要:根据马鞍山钢铁股份有限公司转炉生产实际,分别采用双渣法和单渣法冶炼5批38炉次低碳低硅高铝钢。通过分析该钢种冶炼过程中各元素的变化情况,钢水增碳、增硅和铝损、钙损等情况,得到低碳低硅高铝钢冶炼过程控制不同元素变化的关键工艺环节。

Abstract:According to the actual converter production in No.3 Steelmaking Plant of MaSteel,38 heats of low-carbon low-silicon high-aluminum(Low-C Low-Si High-Al) steel are smelted using double-slag process and single-slag process respectively.By analyzing the element changes in the process of steel smelting such as carbon pick up,silicon pick up,Al loss and Ca loss the key technology steps are obtained to control the change of different elements in the smelting process of Low-C Low-Si and High-Al steel.
