摘    要:硫化氢气体浓度的连续监测是脱硫装置中必不可少的部分。提出了一种基于激光吸收光谱技术的天然气脱硫H2S测量系统设计方案,为满足现场高灵敏检测的要求,研制了紧凑型多次反射Herriot气体吸收池模块放置在脱硫塔现场,采用单模光纤传输激光和光电探测器信号直接远距离传输至控制室处理的方式,使得系统具有本质安全的特征。系统在胜利油田某集气站脱硫塔进行了现场检测,结果表明,检测下限为300 ppb,运行稳定可靠,满足天然气脱硫H2S检测的需要。
