摘    要:以羧甲基纤维素钠(NaCMC)、硝酸铝和氨水为原料,通过-COO-基团和Al3+之间的配位键交联实现有机物与无机物的复合,并将所制备的胶粘剂用于复合活性炭的粘结成型。研究表明硝酸铝的用量直接影响所合成胶粘剂的状态和耐水性,粘结成型得到的复合活性炭仍保持较高的比表面积。论文借助对比验证实验对胶粘剂的形成机理进行了初步探讨。

Abstract:A kind of organic-inorganic composite binder was prepared by coordination crosslinking between-COO-and Al 3+ with NaCMC,aluminum nitrate and ammonia used as raw materials. It showed that the amount of aluminum nitrate directly affected the state and water-proof ability of the synthesized binder,and the composite activated carbon formed with the binder still kept high specific surface area. The forming mechanism of the binder was also analyzed through a contrastive experiment.
