| 摘 要： | 3PE防护层融合了三种不同材料的作用,从而充分发挥了聚乙烯类材料的防护性能。但是,如果生产工艺控制不当,将会造成聚乙烯层的剥离,对阴极保护电流产生很强的屏蔽作用,带来的危害比熔结环氧粉末更严重。对3PE防护层结构特征进行剖析发现,涂装生产中缺陷的成因主要为粘结力缺陷、厚度不足、孔隙与气泡等,进而对其相应的防范措施进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | Three layer system(3PE) exhibits well the excellent protection performance of polyethylene material.However,compared with other kinds of coatings,the application process of 3PE is more complicated.There will be various defects or faults in the coating if the coating process is not controlled properly.Furthermore,some of the defects in 3PE may cause damages more severe than in fusion bonded epoxy since a strong shielding effect from cathodic current exists at the spot under the disbonded 3PE coating.In this article,the constitution characteristics of 3PE are discussed,and the causes and countermeasures for defects in application process are introduced. |
