氢爆工艺中脱氢程度对烧结NdFeB磁体永磁性的影响

摘    要:研究了氢爆工艺中不同的脱氢气压对烧结NdFeB磁体永磁性能的影响。结果指出,随着脱氢气压的增大,磁体的磁能积和矫顽力也增大。样品不脱氢时,磁体内出现大量微裂纹,这是由于烧结时放气量太大的缘故。这些表明选择合适的脱氢平衡气压是氢爆工艺中的一个重要因素。

Abstract:The effect of various H-desorption pressures in HD process on sintered NdFeB permanent magnets is studied.Experimental results show that with the H-desorption pressure increasing,the energy product and the intrinsic coercivity of the magnets increase too.Without H-desorption in HD process,the magnet has a lot of microfissures.That results from the H-desorption process when sintering.It shows that to choose an optimal H-desorption pressure in HD process is important.
