| Abstract: | According to the necessity and feasibility of inviting bids in weaponry purchasing, and also the limitation of traditional inviting bids methods in weaponry purchasing, this paper presents fundamental theory and main procedure of fuzzy synthetic decision method for judging the inviting bids in weaponry purchasing, and validates the feasibility and veracity of it with a case. |
