| 摘 要： | 以B7005精密角接触球轴承为例,分析了轴承的温度分布;在确定合理的边界条件下,利用ANSYS分析软件对轴承摩擦发热及传热机理进行分析和仿真,得到轴承摩擦热在轴承内部的传递和温度场分布情况,为进一步研究轴承摩擦热对高速转轴的速度性能等的影响提供理论参考,以提高轴承的寿命和可靠性。

| Abstract: | The temperature distribution of the bearing is analyzed,such as B7005 precise angle contact bearing.In a reasonable boundary conditions,using the ANSYS analysis software to analyze and simulate the bearing friction heat and the mechanism of heat transfer,it can get the transmission of the bearing friction heat in the bearings inside and the distribution of the temperature field.Providing theory reference for further research that bearing friction heat has effected on the rate of high speed rotating axis,it ... |
