改进聚酰亚胺金刚石砂轮磨削性能的研究

摘    要:本文通过正交试验的方法,确定了适宜的配方,即:金刚石18.75(vol)%,聚酰亚胺51(vol)%,铜粉10(vol)%,冰晶石9(vol)%,其余为11.25(vol)%。用该配方制备的聚酰亚胺金刚石砂轮,经对比磨削实验表明,砂轮的磨削性能明显改善,加工效率提高25%,具有实用价值。

Abstract:By using orthogonal experiment, a new formula for making diamond wheel is designed It is: diamond 18 75(vol)%, polyimide 51(vol)%, copper 10(vol)%, cryolite 9(vol)%, and the rest 11 25(vol)% Compared with phenolic resin diamond wheel when processing hard alloy, the polyimide diamond wheel using this modified formula can improve working environment and increase the processing efficiency by 25%
