| 摘 要： | 介绍了大连泰山热电厂440 t/h循环流化床锅炉的性能试验方法.性能试验包括热效率测定、空气预热器漏风试验、锅炉主要辅机电功率测定试验等.锅炉性能试验的项目主要有测量仪器的选定、测量方法及结果分析.通过性能试验的结果,总结出锅炉存在的问题,并提出解决方案.

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the method of experiments on 440t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler performance in dalian taishan power plant.The experiments include measurement of the heat efficiency,air leakage test of air preheater,electric power test for the boiler’s core auxiliary machines and so on.The items of the boiler performance experiment mainly are the selection of measurement devices,measurement method and the outcome analysis.Some problems are drawn by analyzing the outcome of the performance test,and solutions are proposed. |
