| Abstract: | In electric power system,pumped storage power plant is with a couple of functions such as peak and valley load regulation,frequency modulation,emergency standby and black start,etc.It becomes one effective regulating tool in modern electric power system.In combination of the study results of peak-load regulating capacity of Shaanxi power grid at planning stage,construction of pumped storage power plant in Shaanxi power grid is studied in this paper. |
