机床夹具设计手册软件系统的研究

在分析和总结我国机床夹具设计技术手册资料的基础上,提出了夹具数字化设计手册软件系统的总体结构和一种基于Del-phi对Solidworks二次开发的夹具标准件图形库,并论述了系统开发的关键技术与实施方法。系统具有数据查询、夹具主要部件的设计计算、标准件三维图库等功能。

Research on the System of Machine Tool Fixture Design Handbook

Based on the serious analysis and summary of handbook datum on machine tool fixture design technology 3D of our country, the overall structure of digital handbook for fixture design and a graphic database system of machine tool fixture standardized parts based on the re-development of Solidworks with Delphi are brought forward, and the key technique and method of realizing the development of this system is discussed. The data query, design calculation for the main parts in fixture and 3D graphic database of standardized parts can be accomplished by this system.
