| Abstract: | According to the energy-saving and emission reduction plan stipulated in the ＂Eleventh Five-Year＂ plan, from 2008 to 2009, Beijing＇s relevant governmental departments hosted to carry out the coal consumption evaluation work of thermal power plants. This paper introduced the implementation process of coal consumption assessment work and proposed the improvements for the work ongoing. |
