基于QFD方法的敏捷供应链设计

摘    要:针对目前供应链设计尚无完整的理论和方法问题,本文将供应链设计和产品设计类比,采用质量功能展开方法,提出了一种敏捷供应链设计方法,给出了供应链设计的基本框架,并应用QFD方法将顾客需求转化为设计需求,同时结合AHP和0-1目标规划模型,确定敏捷供应链设计中重要的应优先配置的设计需求,并结合算例进行分析。分析结果表明,主导企业发现机遇的时间、机遇产品上市时间、供应商准时供货率等是实现敏捷供应链时需优先选择的设计需求。该设计系统化,易操作,为供应链设计的后续工作奠定了理论基础。

Abstract:Because supply chain design hasn't complete theory and method,this study analogizes supply chain design to product design,using QFD to put forward a systematic and operable method of agile supply chain design and give the basic framework.Then,it uses QFD to convert customer requirements into design requirements and combines with AHP and 0-1 goal programming to select the prior and important design requirements.Finally,it gives examples to illustrate the operation process.The results show that the time of leading enterprises founding opportunity,the time of new products going to market and the efficiency of suppliers delivery and so on are the prior and important design requirements.The study lays a theoretical foundation for the follow-up work of supply chain design.
