| 摘 要： | 开发基于Internet的信息系统实现对省级科技基金项目管理提供全程、全方位的支持是提高其管理水平的有效手段。该文在分析了基于Internet的信息系统的特点及对省级科技基金项目管理工作带来变革的基础上，结合某省科技基金项目管理实践，提出了一个基于Internet的省级科技基金项目管理系统的总体框架，该系统已经在实际中得到应用。

| Abstract: | It is an effective way to improve management level by constructing an IS based on Internet to support the whole process of provincial science and technology foundation projects management entirely. The paper analyzes the characteristics of IS based on Internet and the changes of provincial management of science and technology foundation projects resulting from lnternet firstly. Then according to the practice of a province science and technology foundation projects management, it proposes an architecture of a provincial science and technology foundation projects management system based on Internet. The system runs well now. |
