Al_2O_3含量对CaO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2玻璃结构单元Q_n分布影响

摘    要:利用Raman光谱并对谱带进行高斯线型拟合,研究了CaO/SiO2=1/2玻璃中引入3、6、9mol%的Al2O3后结构单元Qn分布的变化。发现链状结构单元丰度减小,层状结构单元增多,而三维网络结构单元的丰度基本不变。根据这个结果解释了Al2O3对玻璃分相和析晶的抑制作用。

Abstract:The change of the distribution of structural unit Q. types was studied by use of Raman spectroscopy to whose spectrum Gaussian curves was fitted,as Al2O3 content increases by 3, 6 and 9 mol% in the glass with CaO/SiO2=1/2. It was found that the aboundence of chain --unit, Q2, decreases, that of sheet unit Q3 increases, and that of 3 --dimension network Q4 unit remains almost the same. The inhibiting effect of Al2O3 on phase separation and crystallization of the glass was explained according to the result.
