基于半对数模型传感器特性函数拟合研究

摘    要:首先,在分析传感器特性曲线拟合既有研究成果的基础上,阐述了当前研究存在的不足。然后,介绍了多元线性回归和最小二乘法等相关理论,以压力传感器为例,建立一种新传感器特性函数模型,通过MATLAB程序实现此模型标定,并列所得方程的显著性进行检验。以算例说明此标定方法简便,适用性强,是一种有效的传感器特性函数拟合方法。
