| 摘 要： | 首先，在分析传感器特性曲线拟合既有研究成果的基础上，阐述了当前研究存在的不足。然后，介绍了多元线性回归和最小二乘法等相关理论，以压力传感器为例，建立一种新传感器特性函数模型，通过MATLAB程序实现此模型标定，并列所得方程的显著性进行检验。以算例说明此标定方法简便，适用性强，是一种有效的传感器特性函数拟合方法。
