赣州铀矿某矿石高柱浸出性能的研究

摘    要:本文总结了赣州铀矿某矿床矿石高柱浸出性能条件试验的结果。该试验结果为该矿床工业性的原地破碎浸出试验研究提供了参考和依据。该矿石属较易浸出的矿石,不同高度、不同粒级的浸出液铀浓度、浸出率及酸耗规律明显。-50mm的矿石的液计浸出率为88.9%,渣计浸出率为82.1%; 30~-50mm的矿石的渣计浸出率为67.2%; 15~-30mm的矿石的渣计浸出率为87.8%;-15mm的矿石的渣计浸出率为90.2%。

Abstract:The condition leaching results of higher column leaching of a deposit of Ganzhou Uranium Mine are summarized in this paper.The results will provide the referece basis for the commercial experiment and research on stope leaching of this deposit.It has been indicated that the Uranium is easily to be leached out and the rules of Uranium concentration,leaching yield and acid consume are distinct followed by different high and different particle sizes.The Uranium extraction yield is 88 9% calculated on leaching solution and 82 1% calculated on residue of the ores minus 50mm;The leaching yield is 67 2% calculated on residue of the ores from 30mm to 50mm;It is 87 8% calculated on residue of the ores from 15mm to 30mm and 90 2% of minus 15mm.
