摘    要:磨介的碰撞能量是确定球磨机产量、产品粒度、粉磨效率、磨介及衬板磨损、磨机筒体与联接螺栓强度的关键参数.定义了3种碰撞能量,并用非线性优化方法对其进行了计算及分析.得到的最大质点碰撞能量和最大潜在碰撞能量均比最大降落高度状态下和理论适宜转速下相应的碰撞能量大,而与这些最大能量点对应的磨机转速比与以前方法所建议的转速比有所不同.最优操作参数下的单位时间的磨介总碰撞能量有显著提高,操作参数的可选范围更宽.

Abstract:The collision energies of grinding media are key parameters in determination of production capacity and production size distribution of ground particles,grinding effect,wear of ball media and liners,and determination of the strength of the shell and bolts.We define three kinds of collision energies,and calculate and discuss them through a nonlinear optimization method.Both the maximum collision energy of a point mass and the maximum potential energy are larger than those at the point of maximum falling height and at the theoretical suitable speed.The speed ratios corresponding to these maximum collision energies are different from those obtained by previous methods.The total collision energy of the ball media per unit time under the optimal operation parameters is increased significantly.Optimization suggests an extend range of operation parameters.
