| 摘 要： | 借鉴生物生境理论和企业成长理论,分析了企业及其成长的类生命性,界定了企业生境的内涵及其因子构成,指明了企业与企业生境的基本生态关系,并建立了企业生境对企业成长的生态作用模型,为系统研究企业生境与企业成长的关系构建了生态理论基础。

| Abstract: | Using the theory of ecological habitat and firm growth,this article analyzes the life-like characteristics of firm and firm growth,defines the connotation of firm habitat and its constitutes,designates the basic ecological relationship between firm and firm habitat,establishes the ecological model of firm habitat acting on firm growth,and sets up the ecological theory base for systematically researching the relationship between firm habitat and firm growth. |
