基于PID控制的EPS仿真研究

摘    要:介绍了基于PID控制的EPS控制方式,分别讨论了助力模式和回正模式下助力电机的控制电压,建立了MATLAB/Simulink仿真模型,采用试凑法确定了PID控制器的参数,并分析了PID参数对响应特性的影响。在MATLAB/Simulink中的仿真结果表明:PID控制策略能提高转向轻便性和操纵稳定性,同时能显著改善回正特性,所采取的控制策略具有良好的控制效果。

Abstract:The control method of Electric Power Steering ( EPS ) was introduced based on Proportion Integration and Differential ( PID ) control. The control voltage of the power motor in power model and return model were discussed separately, and the MATLAB/Simulink simulation model was established. The parameters of PID controller were determined by using the trial-and-error method, and then the influence of PID parameters on the response characteristic was analyzed. The simulation result in MATLAB/Simulink indicates that PID control strategy can improve the steering portability, handling stability and retm'n ability remarkable. This control method adopted has good control effectiveness.
