摘    要:以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚乙二醇1000(PEG1000)和二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为原料,采用无溶剂法合成了一种稳定性较好的阴离子水性聚氨酯复鞣填充剂。该复鞣剂具有良好的复鞣填充性能,经其复鞣后的革粒面平整、紧实,手感丰满、柔软。本课题主要探讨了加料方式、反应温度、n-NCO/n-OH比值以及羧基含量等对产品性能的影响,优选并确定了较佳的合成条件。

Abstract:A type of stable retanning and filling agent of anion waterborne polyurethane emulsion was prepared by isophorone diisoeyanate (IPDI), poly ethylene glycol 1000 (PEG 1000) and dimethyol propionic acid (DMPA) without any solvent. The product possessed better retanning and Riling ability and could make the leather have fine and compact grain, full and soft hand feel.The paper mainly discussed the synthetical conditions which were confirmed by investigating the way of adding raw materials; reaction temper,.,tures, the ratio of n -NCO/n- OH and content of the carboxyl.
