| 摘 要： | 用溶胶－凝胶低温合成非晶态技术，成功地把二氧化硅钛菁染料掺入到SiO2无机凝胶介质中。对材料的吸收特性作了测定与讨论。用脉宽8ns，波长532nm的Nd^2 ：YAG激光对凝胶固体材料的光限幅效应作了初步的研究。

| Abstract: | Phthalocyanine silicon dichloride(SiPcCl2)metallo-organic molecules were doped in to SiO2 gel by Sol-gel processing.The characteristics of absorption were measured and discussed.The optical limiting effect of SiPc-C12 in SiO2 gel studied using a Nd3+:YAG pulse laser with 8ns duration and 532nm wavelength was reported. |
