超声波强化锌浮渣浸出的研究

摘    要:研究了超声波强化草酸浸出锌浮渣的工艺,并分析和讨论了超声波辐射强度、辐射时间和液固比对锌浮渣浸出率的影响,揭示了超声波辐射浸出锌浮渣浸出率的影响规律。试验表明利用超声波强化浸出锌浮渣可大大提高了锌浮渣的浸出率,缩短了浸出时间。

Abstract:A technological process on ultrasonic strengthening oxalic acid leaching zinc dross is studied in this paper. The effects of radiation intensity and time of ultrasonic wave, and the ratio of liquid to solid on the rate of zinc dross extraction are also analyzed and discussed to reveal the law of the leaching rates of zinc dross under ultrasonic radiation. Experiment manifests that the leaching rates of zinc dross are elaborately enhanced and the leaching time of zinc oxide finished ore is shortened by means of ultrasonic strengthening.
