溶胶-凝胶技术在棉织物抗紫外性能中的应用研究

摘    要:将溶胶-凝胶技术应用于纺织品抗紫外性能整理当中,可以在纺织品基质材料上形成牢固、透明、多孔的功能性薄膜,从而赋予织物特有的功能性.论文采用溶胶-凝胶技术,制备钛纳米溶胶,对棉织物进行抗紫外性能整理.考查了影响钛纳米溶胶稳定性的因素,并对织物整理关键工艺参数进行了探索性研究.研究结果表明:溶胶-凝胶技术用于织物的抗紫外整理,在纤维表面形成一层凝胶粒子薄膜,对紫外线有良好的屏蔽作用,抗紫外性能显著提高.

Abstract:Sol-gel technology was used in textiles finishing for anti-ultraviolet performance.Steady,transparent and porous film was formed on the base of textiles,which endued it with unique functionality.Nano-titanium sol was prepared with sol-gel technology,which was used to reorganize cotton fabric for anti-ultraviolet in this paper.The factors influencing stability of nano-titanium sol and the process parameters were studied.The results indicated that a kind of gelatin-granule film was formed on fabric surface,which had shielding effect to ultraviolet ray.The performance of anti-ultraviolet was enhanced.
