断路器状态在线分析技术

为了解决传统的断路器离线检修方法不能准确了解其在工频电压下的工作状态的问题,在分析了解断路器操作机构原理的基础上,利用交流钳式TA测试其分、合闸时间;利用电压探头测试其动作过程中直流电源电压波形;利用直流TA测试其直流控制回路电流波形;用纵向比较法、横向比较法、标准图谱法分析直流回路电流图谱。分析表明不同的故障类型有它典型的故障图谱,比较所测故障图谱和标准图谱可较早发现断路器机构故障。某变电站应用此法实现了快速锁定故障目标,说明提出的断路器状态在线分析技术能够测试其开合闸时间和较好反映其运行状态。

New Online Technology of Circuit Breaker State Analysis

Electric maintenance engineer cannot accurately know the status of the circuit breaker,which is energized,according with the circuit breaker traditional testing method.To solve this problem,this paper introduces one new technology of circuit breaker state analysis,which can test the circuit breaker on line.From the analysis of the electrical trace graph,several ways are as followed: the difference between the fault trace and the standard one,the difference between the fault trace and the normal one of different breakers, the difference between the fault trace and the right trace of the same breaker, the change of the mechanical action can be found.Any tiny change of the whole mechanical system can cause the change of the electrical trace of the direct current control system.To this point,the potential fault of the mechanical system and its development trend can be tested and analyzed.Then we can inspect the state of the breaker loop,the direct power,the friction,direct circuit control system and so on.All the mechanical status can be found in this electrical trace graph.Moreover it shows the really operation status of the circuit breaker.From the fault location from the analysis of the breaker,it is easy to find the fault target quickly for the repair personnel.And it is safe for the repair personnel because the work location is in the low voltage side.This new online technology of circuit breaker state analysis can test the work time of the breaker in the online way.Also the whole inner view of the breaker status can be gotten,which ensure the safe work of the equipment and show the power department the reliable evidence for the arrangement of the repair sequence.To find the fault of the breaker,from analysis of the electrical trace to reflect the mechanical change,it is a new and safe way to solve the problem of the lock the target of the fault breaker.
